Need Guide to Install MacOS Sequoia in my System.

Hi!
I'm new here. I've installed MacOS Big Sur in my old PC which has an intel cpu. But now, I want to install macos Sequoia in my new PC.
Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x
GPU: RX 580 8GB 2048SP
Ram: 32GB DDR4 3200Mhz
Motherboard: MSI B450M-A Pro Max Mk II
I've tried to install it with and EFI folder I've created myself from the guide of Dortania.
But I'm stucked after this error (check the picture please).
And I'm attaching my EFI folder.
If anyone can help to find the reasen, I'll be greatful to you.

Try this. Also did you setup your BIOS according to the Dortania guide? npci is still in your boot args so don't enable Above 4G in the BIOS unless you remove it,
