MSI-B550M-MORTAR-WIFI 5900X + 6800XT

On the GitHub page it doesn't say which version of OSX he is using and neither do you and it can make a difference. I am going to assume you are trying to boot Ventura and have adjusted the Vanilla AMD Kernel Patches for your core counts to match the 12 core processor you have. I also added the boot argument agdpmod=pikera to support your video card. See if this helps.

Make sure you double check your bios settings

EDIT: Please note I turned off the AirportItlwm.kext so wireless will not work, it stated in the config.plist it was version 2.2 which will work with Ventura so if that's the version of the oS you are trying to use feel free to turn it back on.

Thank you for your suggestion
I tried your suggestion and turned off 4G and bar in bios, successfully starting the installed system in Monterey 12.6.2
but the installation program in Ventura 13.2 did not start successfully
It's stuck on this screen.

4G needs to be enabled, resizable bar disabled. You can try this version, a couple of changes.
