missing acceleration

Hi guys, I'm new so tell me if I'm posting wrong please

I installed Big Sur simply updating from Catalina and in both I was having this issue: everything I do means LAG
I think the problem is in the acceleration but really don't know how to fix it
Here is my config.plist
If you know what to do please help me
