Hello,

I have bought a new laptop and I would like to install macOS Sequoia or Tahoe

It is an Asus TuF Gaming A14 FA401UU:
  • AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS with AMD Radeon 780M Graphics
  • Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050
  • 16 Go DDR5
  • SSD NVMe 1 To WD PC SN560 SSDPNQE
  • SSD NVMe 4 To Kingston SNV2S4000G-1TTO-1102
  • MediaTek Wi-Fi 6E MT7922 (RZ616)

Do you know if I can install macOS?

Thank you for your help :)

Neither of the GPU solutions in your laptop are compatible with macOS. You would be better off running macOS as a VM.

See this AMD VM guide for instructions and necessary files etc.

Hello,

Thank you for your answer

I have followed the guide to create a VM
I use a macOS Tahoe ISO that I have created.

At startup, I can choose between OpenCore and macOS Tahoe Installer.
I choose macOS Tahoe Installer but it is stuck at the beginning

When I install the VMWare unlocker, there is this error message :

Getting VMware Tools...
Trying to get tools from the packages folder...

Thank you for your help :)

Are you using the correct versions of VMWare?
Did you follow the steps in the guide?

Did you follow a good guide for creating the Tahoe ISO? As from the text above the VM Host can't find 'Darwin', i.e. your macOS ISO - Fichier introuvable - darwin*.*.
