Apple have released macOS Big Sur 11.3 and with that you need to ensure you've got the latest patches from the AMD Vanilla Github.

If you think you already have these then check your config for the following patch,

Code: 
DhinakG - cpuid_set_cpufamily - force CPUFAMILY_INTEL_PENRYN - 11.3b1

If this is there then you're set to install 11.3. If not download the patches for your CPU and merge into your config.
