Just wanted to post this here since I was having a whale of a time trying to get this installation somewhat working. Granted I am still having trouble with the bluetooth and I can't the NIC card to work but was able to get wifi to work so I guess it's not a total loss, I was able to get further than any other point. I found this little gem of information and wanted to give this guy major props for help the threadripper community.

My build:
asrock fatal1ty x399 professional gaming W/2990WX
Radeon Pro Duo
If anybody is stuck with there threadripper build I suggest just taking a look at what was done in the link above to get some more information or a different prospective. I know that most of the peps on here are doing Ryzen builds and its hard enough to fine the peps dumb like me to try this on a Threadripper
