Try temporarily removing/disconnecting all the other drives you have connected to your system while installing and troubleshooting macOS. That report shows you have a number of other drives connected, none of which are required for the installation of macOS.

Post a copy of your EFI folder, so we can see what you are using (NullCPUPowerManagement.kext!) and just as importantly what you are not using.

OC Issues:

USB>

  • You have an SSDT-UIAC.aml in your /EFI/OC/ACPI folder and USBInjectAll.kext in your /EFI/OC/Kexts folder.
  • You have USBPorts.kext in your /EFI/OC/Kexts folder.
You should not have both of these setups in your EFI folder. Either SSDT-UIAC.al and USBInjectAll.kexts or USBPorts.kext. Never both.
Remove one or the other USB configurations. I would keep the USBPorts.kext.

Audio>
  • You have AppleALC.kext and VoodooHDA.kext in your /EFI/OC/Kexts folder.
You should only use one of these kexts, never both together.
  • You have AppleALCU.kext in your /EFI/OC/Kexts folder,.
This kext is only required for newer systems where the Audio codec is USB based.

CPU & Power Management>
  • You have AMDRyzenCPUPowerManagement.kext in your /EFI/OC/Kexts folder.
  • You have NullCPUPowerManagement.kext in your /EFI/OC/Kexts folder.
You should not have both of these kexts in this folder.
Remove NullCPUPowerManagement.kext.
  • You have VoodooTSCSyncAMD.kext in your /EFI/OC/Kexts folder.
You don't need this kext with your CPU/motherboard setup, so remove it.

This is an expanded list view of your current OC folder contents.

This is what your OC folder should contain based on your system specifications.
Screenshot 2022-02-18 at 17.44.51.png Correctly configured OC folder
As you can see there is a marked difference between the two OC folders.

I need to review your config.plist, to see what else needs correcting.

There were a few issues in the config.plist and to be honest I can't be bothered to list them and the corrections I made.

Suffice to say I have attached a revised EFI folder based on OC 0.7.8 which should work with your system.

Try it and see what happens.

Thank you
As the correction can help but your explanations are gold for me
Love to understand why and what is for or not to be there
Really Thanks

This caused by RGB USB Controller, unplugged, continues ;)

Found the reason on forum:
It’s language problem. Change string prev-Lang:kbd to en-US:0 this will fix grey screen. And clean nvram

Monterey Installation in course...

Ok,
sometimes i have :
OB: StartImage Failed

I'm so HAPPY !

Thank you :) It's work great for first time ;)

OB: StartImage Failed is caused by OpenCore getting confused about what actually is booting, Windows or OpenCore.

See this extract from Dortania Troubleshooting guide.

You would be best served removing any drives other than the USB installer and the macOS drive, while installing macOS and troubleshooting any issues. As it prevents these types of issues occurring.
