i211 ethernet on x570 chipsets

Just in case anybody is struggling to make their Intel i211 Ethernet work in Monterey or Ventura.
Looks like this AppleGB driver works, and works well.

Posting this here, because there's a ton of different versions of AppleGB and SmallTree that are unstable / not working.
This version does it all. Like the native Intel driver for Windows.

Thanks for the heads up, it works perfectly fine on my Gigabyte board as well. Super cool to have native ethernet back without the need to use USB
