Hello
I need help installing any Mac OS on my desktop
device specifications
Mainboard : Asus TUF Gaming B450M-Pro S
Cpu : AMD Ryzen 5 Pro 4650G
Ram : 16
Graphicis : Apu - VEGA 7
Knowing that I do not need anything in the device except for the definitions of USB ports and the Internet to make software for iPhone devices only
Please help me install the system on my device or guide me to an explanatory video to explain the method

I know mac doesn't support Ryzen APU
I just want the USB ports and the internet to work, I don't need a driver for the graphics card
