I get to the main menu with disk utility , safari etc... but it just say's I need the internet. I bought a huge ethernet cable that works fine with windows ans so if anyone could check out my EFI it would greatly appreciated. Also it say's Re-install Ventura and not install. Is this a problem?
I'm have a Asrock Riptide b650E PG WI-FI. 7600x.
Thx in advance.
WiFi
Your motherboard has an Intel 802.11ax Wi-Fi 6E Module. Supports IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax.
You need to use Airportitlwm.kext to get your WiFi working, assuming it supports your WiFi card.

Ethernet
Your motherboard has the Killer E3100G 2.5GB ethernet controller. This seems to be an Intel based Ethernet controller that is based on the i225-V or LM controller, not sure which. If you can boot in to Windows and see the APCI path for your Ethernet controller then it is possible to adapt the attached SSDT to match your systems path.
Alternative
Otherwise you may need to get hold of a USB to Ethernet adapter while you sort out whether either Network device is compatible with macOS.
