Hello, mac geniuses! I have a question, I'm a windows guy personally but i installed big sur to install & use AtomBiosEditor in macos, but cannot figure out how to install it properly. A guide would be greatly appreciated.

Have you read the Readme for the AtomBios Editor tool? By that I mean the first Warning.

I assume as you are asking for a guide and help to build the tool in macOS, you aren't one of the people this tool has been created for.
Also your R9 290 dGPU isn't one of the GPU's with full or partial support, so the tool might not be of any use to you.
This tool is not meant to be used by people with very low knowledge about graphics processing mechanics, the application is not 100% reliable and bugs can occour during the execution.
