Which WiFi/Bluetooth device are you using?

How is it mounted, on a PCIe card or in a motherboard M.2 connector?

it is ax200,I have used oclp-mod to patch the system so I can use airportitlwm to replace itlwm.

this night I rollback , It seems works now

so may the problem is oclp-mod?

Are you using the Ventura version of the Airportitlwm.kext v2.3.0, which I understand is required when using OCLP-Mod to get the Intel WiFi working?

With regards the Intel AX200NGW's Bluetooth module, you will need to be using the following kexts (Latest versions):
  1. BlueToolFixup.kext
  2. IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext
  3. IntelBTPatcher.kext
Plus have the following NVRAM Add & Delete entries in your config.plist:

A zipped copy of the Bluetooth NVRAM entries is attached below.
