Hi, thats my first hackintosh, anyone can link me a guide to install macos high sierra on my pc?
My Setup:
Ryzen 7 3700X
16 GB Ram
Mobo MPG B550 GAMING EDGE WIFI (MS-7C91)
Nvidia GTX 1070 8GB

I've created an EFI based on my working Monterey 5900X B550 Vision D build using Opencore v0.8.4. I've added the nvda_drv:31 parameter to the boot-arg for your Nvidia GTX1070 and adjusted for your 3700x core count so it should work. Give it a try.
