How can I install macOS Big Sur?​

I currently have windows on my system. Can Adobe applications run smoothly? Can I install Windows as a virtual machine?
My system:
Amd Ryzen 5 2600
Amd Radeon Rx 570
8gb ram
970 Evo plus
Msi b450-m pro vdh plus

Some Adobe Apps work some dont and some kinda work with crashes in between.
You can install windows under a VM but the only app that works with a AMD cpu on MacOS is Virtual Box.

Your system spec is fine to install Big Sur onto though if it’s any consolation.
