AMD integrated graphics are not supported by macOS, you'd need to get a dedicated GPU.

The GTX 1050 Ti requires that you run High Sierra and use the Nvidai Web Drivers.

The reason the card can't be used beyond High Sierra is that Nvidia stopped providing the drivers after falling out with Apple.

So your options are to use the Web Drivers and High Sierra or get yourself a compatible AMD dGPU. that works with the newer versions of macOS.
