Your main components, i.e. CPU, Motherboard and graphics card are all fine for running macOS, up to and including macOS Tahoe.
Follow the Dortania Ryzen Guide and AM5 specifics and you should be able to run macOS. The graphics card will require that you use NootRX.kext not WhateverGreen.kext, as it isn't a natively supported (by Apple) graphics card. They are perfectly capable when used in a Hack, as you can see from the systems in my signature below.
Your 2 x XPG (most likely using an Innogrit IG5236 controller) drives may be another matter.
Depending on which controller has been used on these drives, I am aware of at least 3 different controllers being used, they COULD be an issue when running macOS. But without knowing the exact NVME controller that the drives are using I can't confirm if they will be an issue. There are numerous posts on Reddit about these drives (regarding their suspect) controllers failing when running Windows.
Here is my version of the patches for AM5 motherboards (not patching all conditions but only the three that were found to suffice).
These should be generic enough to fit all motherboards.
