Help me to Upgrade My Opencore Version

Can someone help me get a working EFI for my setup? I am trying to upgrade opencore from 0.6.9 to the Latest one so I can try to install Monterey.

Specs

• CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
• Motherboard: MSI B450M MORTAR MAX
• GPU: MSI Radeon RX 570 ARMOR 8G OC
• RAM: 16GB DDR4-3200
• Storage: Transcend 220S 240GB
• Ethernet: Realtek RTL8111H
• Wi-Fi/BT: TP-LINK TL-WN725N V3
• Audio: Realtek ALC892
• Bootloader: OpenCore 0.6.9
• OS: macOS BigSur 11.3 / Windows 11

I have a fully working 0.6.9 EFI in Big Sur, so far my attempts to get from 0.6.9 to the Latest one have been unsuccessful. I've attached a copy of my current EFI. TIA.

Here is the guide I used to update OpenCore and the Kexts:

In a nutshell, you will replace the relevent files on your System EFI with the update files mentioned in the guide along with the updated versions of your kexts.

Step 4 was confusing because I didn't know how to make the changes. That when I was directed by the MacBros on this forum to refer docs in the updated verision OpenCore's "Docs" folder. The following docs are essential: Configuration.pdf and Differences.pdf.

ESSENTIALLY: If there are Keys in your config.plist that are not in the Configuration and Differences pdf docs, you remove them. If there are Keys in the Configuration and Differences docs that you don't have in your EFI's config.plist, you add them.

You could just use HackinDROM, probably the simplest way to do it, just needs one click from the user.
