fx processor compatibility

Amd Fx8350 Amd ryzen 5 3600
Hello everyone

I installed monterey with an fx8350 but it is not 100% compatible I know that the fx 4170 is ok
safari and quicktime work perfectly but not on the fx 8350. Will another fx 8320 processor be compatible? or another processor of the same fx series with 8 cores

No, the FX series CPUs tend to struggle with anything newer than Big Sur, that has been my experience with an FX 8350, 8320 & 6400. Due I believe to lacking certain instruction sets, which macOS uses in the newer releases.
