I have an Asus Rog Strix Laptop G513IM
with an AMD Ryzen 7 4800H with Radeon Graphics (16 CPUs)
32 GB of RAM
Nvidia RTX 3060 6GB

I would like to install Ventura!

If you can switch the Nvidia dGPU off and just use the AMD Integrated Graphics (MUX Switch) then you should be fine.
