Hi there,
You're likely having problems because of two things. First is that Apple is the process of deprecating the Broadcom BT/Wifi stack (latest Sonoma beta has these issues).
This is likely present in the latest Ventura update. Secondly for Bluetooth to work you need a good USB map setup. Unfortunately the Legion 5 AMD Ryzen version requires one of the USB XHC circuits to be disabled (which I am aware you've already had changed from the link you posted) otherwise it will not work.
With regards to a solution, I believe there is one. Someone else with your laptop specs has managed to enable everything USB and Bluetooth and Wifi using Bluetoolfixup. But he is using Intel AX210 instead of Fenvi. Check it out here >

For the USB ports to work, (aside from disabling the XHC circuit) I would advise to use USBToolbox to create the ports. Also (as you are still using a Broadcom card) you should be disabling the IntelBluetoothfirmware, IntelBluetoothfirmware and IntelBTPatcher kexts (unless you switch over to Intel). Whilst I know a solution for enabling Wifi & BT is currently being developed for Broadcom on Ventura 13.3+ and Sonoma beta, I believe it's better to just wait for now.
