you are using a system with integrated AMD Graphics, probably a laptop or all in one system. Unfortunately AMD Integrated graphics are not supported in any version of macOS.
So you are completely out of luck as no one can create a working EFI for your system to run Monterey or any other version of macOS.
AMD laptops that might be able to run macOS require a discrete graphics card, with the Integrated graphics disabled via a MUX switch.
