Remove AMDRyzenCPUPowerManagement.kext and SMCAMDProcessor.kext from your /OC/Kexts folder and config.plist, iI don't think these kexts work with your CPU.

Unlikely that AppleALC.kext will work either, you may be better served using VoodooHDA.kext for your Audio.

You need to change SSDT-EC.aml for SSDT-EC-USBX-Dortania.aml as your system will require USB power settings for the ports to be of use. This can be downloaded from the Dortania OC guide for AMD Bulldozer systems, which you should have followed when creating your EFI's config.plist.

If you are not dual/triple booting macOS/Windows and Linux you don't need the btrfs_x64.efi, ext4_x64.efi and OpenLinuxBoot.efi drivers in your /OC/Drivers folder or config.plist.

What does your revised EFI contain?

Post a copy of the revised EFI, so I know what you have changed.

OK I have gone through your EFI and made a few minor changes, see if this revised EFI helps.

Can you make sure you have the Bios Options set correctly for running macOS, see this link for details of what needs to be set in your bios - # AMD Bios Settings

Just remember as you have the npci=0x2000 boot argument in your config.plist, you do not need to enable the Above 4G Decoding option if it is present in your Bios.

Ok from what you have shown the Bios looks OK.

Here is a revised EFI, I have used the latest version of the AMD Kernel Patches and made a small change in the Booter > Quirks section fo the config.plist.

Using the older patches is a common cause for the kernel panic you are seeing.

Here is another revised EFI. I have been following these options for fixing this kernel panic - # Booter Issues in the OC Troubleshooting guide.

See if either of these EFI's allow you to boot.

Just solved it by replacing the Monterey recovery with Big Sur. On Big Sur the format worked so after I put back the Monterey recovery. Now I'm installing it and everything seems to work!
