Drop in graphics performance Radeon RX 5700 XT [SOLVED]

Hi,

I have a graphics card performance problem since I installed Sequoia.
The OpenCL benchmark is 7 times less performant than before, while Metal is almost unchanged.
These are the Geekbench results, for Sequoia version 6 while the previous ones are with version 5.

The only difference compared to Sonoma, the operating system and AMD_Vanilla patch.

Any ideas?

@Shaneee Does this trick also work for other GPUs or just for the 5700xt?

I have an 6600xt and the openCL score is extremely low. See the screenshot. Should I try this swap for the 6600xt...?


P.S.: When you say "swap the patches" you mean to make patch 24 become patch 23 and patch 23 to become patch 24?

Disable the Algrey patch (23) and Enable Shaneee patch (24) in your config.plist. Save changes and reboot your system.

Please, I need help with the Shaneee PAT patch. When I enable the patch, I can't boot. I get AHCI errors and Still waiting for root device. I have a RX6600XT and it performs very poorly.

i've 5700XT too in sequoia, with which app do you make benchmark? (you wrote 5700xt but bench is for 5900xt)
