If you are proposing to use the AMD APU, then not it is not compatible. You need a compatible AMD dGPU to run macOS.

Reason being your CPU contains a Lucienne iGPU, which isn't supported by WhateverRed.kext. This is the only active AMD iGPU kext that I am aware of that is in development.
