Can't Get to OpenCore Boot Selector - HP Pavilion 15 p051-us AMD A10-5745M

Hello!

I'm not new to Hackintosh builds I have built many in the past... AMD and Intel (all desktops). But today I am trying to install High Sierra on a laptop! Specifically the HP Pavilion 15 p051-us. It has an AMD A10-5745M and integrated graphics. I am using OpenCore but I can't even get to the OpenCore boot selector. I have an error code "OC: Watchdog status is 1" I have tried to troubbleshoot this issue but I've found nothing. My EFI is below and so is my latest DEBUG log.

AMD Laptops aren't supported on macOS I'm afraid.
