So I noticed there was an update to Monterey today and hoped that I would get to install it on my nvme drive after updating OpenCore to .76. Well it didn't work so my question.. is there anyway to cancel this thing trying to install Monterey after I reboot?? I backed up earlier today but updated OpenCore after the backup so I would rather to try and cancel this update than to retore a backup.

I don't think there is once it's started. Great choice to backup first though. You'll most likely need to format and reinstall Big Sur.
