what SMBIOS are you using?

Download the latest nightly build for your kexts from here.
Download the latest nightly build for opencore and drivers from here.

Then try it again with the following boot arguments:
-lilubetaall
vsmcgen=1
-disablegfxfirmware

good luck

After some manipulation with opencore its booted and installed.. but, on the last reboot , before apple logo & login screen i have only black screen.

FRESH EFI FOLDER: EFI FILE

i try this EFI LINK, its ready build from another hackintosh from "google search" and booted normaly to desctop without black screens.. i cant undestund what different between my EFI and this EFI makes the second one to boot normal?

I downloaded your GoodEfi.zip and went through it.
I have made some modifications.
This is what I have done:
RebuildAppleMemoryMap = False
SignalAppleOS = True
SyncRuntimePermissions = False

You have 2 kext files for your ethernet, I removed one.
In Tools, I removed everything except OpenShell.efi

BootProtect = none
AppleDebug = True

In boot arguments I have added:
-lilubetaall vsmcgen=1 -disablegfxfirmware

Replace your efi folder with it, and try it.

EDIT:
I also downloaded your Opencore R0.6.0 version of the EFI and made some adjustments to that. Perhaps also try that.

good luck

Bootflags:
-v keepsyms=1 debug=0x100 npci=0x2000 alcid=1 -lilubetaall vsmcgen=1 agdpmod=pikera
(agdpmod=pikera is for Radeon 5000 series)

Also, check your bios settings something is definitely off there.
(check 'Serial Port' and 'CSM' option, both need to be off).
