B450M Mortar Max & Ryzen 7 2700 & Radeon RX570 need help with installation...

Hi I am a newbie in installing Macintosh, and has been following a guide on the Internet, using this EFI, which is in the upload.
But when I boot up, it just showed the apple logo, with loading bar, then a gray background, no installation screen.
Can anyone help me fix this problem?
