Seriously, that is a really old GPU. Why are you messing around with such a poor dGPU? What VRAM does it have, 512MB?

You would probably need Chris1111's Legacy patcher app to get any use out of that dGPU on macOS. Don't expect it to run well in any recent version of macOS. By recent I mean High Sierra (5-years old), as it won't work in Mojave or newer.
You need to think about getting a new or secondhand dGPU that is capable of working at a reasonable level alongside your AMD MB & CPU. The GT 218 (210) will be a complete bottleneck for any processes you try to undertake in macOS.
Have a look at the GPU Buyers Guide, AMD is obviously the best option but some Kepler Nvidia cards are also worth a look if money is tight.
