I don't think your Athlon II x4 641 CPU contains the correct and essential Instruction sets, i.e. SSE4.1 & SSE4.2 for running macOS. It is an old 4-core FM1 CPU from the 012h family, so it is not one supported by the OC AMD Vanilla guide.

Changing the bootloader won't make a difference. You need a patched AMD Kernel for your old system to b able to run any version of macOS.
You should have a look at the AMD Development section over at InsanelyMac. You may find a solution to your issues over there, as a number of AMD Kernels that allow users to run older versions of macOS are available on that site.
You will need to read and understand how you should use an 'AMD' Kernel.
I used a few of them years ago, when running OS X on an old HP server, which used the AMD Turion II Neo CPU. They worked, but not as well as newer CPU's work with the Vanilla Kernel.
