I have a working hack. Pretty much everything seems working. I can even connect keyboard and mouse to ipad. But whenever I try to extend the display to iPad, the iPad only showing black screen. Am I missing something?

As far as i know, Catalina has Sleep/Wake problems. It's a hit or miss. Sleep/Wake doesn't work on my Catalina hackintosh too but works so well after upgrading to BigSur Beta.
Try USB Mapping. Maybe that'll solve your problem. Good luck.
