Make sure it's not a 3.0 port and make sure ProvideCurrentCpuInfo is enabled with the edit for core counts.

I hear the Lenovo Flex and Yoga series have had some success, but with like the Flex 3 1580 80R4 (with dedicated gpu) there are talks of manually flashing a chip on the board. Something about bluetooth whitelisting.

Forgot to add, it was refusing to boot when plugged into the USB 3.0 port.
For anyone who watches it flicker at boot override in BIOS, check it's not a 3.0 port. Wasn't a problem with older OC but is with 0.7.2
Took me a while because somehow I casually glanced over the bit about ProvideCurrentCpuInfo repeatedly.
Only special thing about the TUF B450 it seems is just that it has the RTL8111.
