A VM will not get good graphics regardless of the GPU unless you are using PCI Passthrough which VMWare doesn't support. Older versions of macOS allowed you to disable beam synchronization which improved the visual perfomance but Apple removed that option.
That's as expected... Not sure what's going on here then. Will need to dive into it at some point. Unfortuantly OpenCore won't compile on my machine...
I think the 9900X does need some adjustments in OC. From that log it's showing the Family as F, where it should be 26 (1Ah).
A CPUID readout from Linux or Windows would confirm if the CPU itself is reporting the correct family etc
Removed the El Capitan roll back kexts too. Possibly causing that panic. What's strange is you've got debug and keepsyms in your boot args but it's not showing the KP cause. Try this. Reset the NVRAM too.
As mentioned above the Nvidia cards aren't supported anymore. For an out of the box expierance you'd need a supported AMD GPU.
Saying that however, you could patch your system using the OpenCore Legacy Patcher (OCLP) to enable Nvidia support. This has it's downsides though like requiring a...
Supported cards are listed here, https://dortania.github.io/GPU-Buyers-Guide/modern-gpus/amd-gpu.html#native-amd-gpus
The 6700 and 6700 XT require NootRX.kext
Share an image of the full panic so we can see exactly what is causing it. All I can see from that is there's an IOService crashing during either "start", "probe" or "ServiceMatch".
There's your answer. They conflict with each other. As you've got the iGPU disabled you don't need NootedRed so remove the kext and remove the entry from your config leaving only Whatevergreen and it should work.
I'd suggest having Console open when running the ping test so you can check for anything in the system log when the connection drops.
If there is anything noticable you'd be best opening a support ticket on the AppleIGC GitHub page to be honest.
Qualcom WiFi? That won't work in macOS. You'd either need to use LAN or swap it to a supported WiFi chip.
As for where it's stuck. Can you provide a full picture of whats on the screen.
Cleaned up your EFI and updated it. I'm assuming you've made the USB map kexts on Windows so I've left those in place. Your setup for the PS2 kexts may need some tweaking but try it as is. Unsure what LAN NIC is on that laptop so I've left RTL8111 there.
You had device properties full of every...
What's the working one? Because your Sonoma EFI has the CPUR SSDT for B550 and your Sequoia one doesn't. So I'd assume that's your main issue. Also your Sequoia SMBios, set that to the same as you had matching Serials etc to stop any iCloud sync errors.
For your BCM card to work you'll need...
