Successful OTA update to beta 3. Strangely FileVault did not re enable on my machine. I forgot to disable it before rebooting after update and was ready to disable via Recovery but didn't need to :unsure:

Apple removed AppleHDA from beta 2. There's a mod version of OCLP that adds it back in or you can use VoodooHDA.

I had a similar issue. It was just a bad flash. Remade the installer and it worked fine.

It's related to the GPU. Make sure you've got NootedRed updated for your iGPU and you've not got any Device Properties set as they'll interfere with it.

Your system should boot and work without a USB map. Once it's installed create the USB map from macOS using CorpNewts script here, https://github.com/corpnewt/USBMap/

Kernel patches are still set with the max for Sequoia. I've changed them and set MaxKernel for AppleALC to 24.99.99 as it's not working on Beta 2 because they've removed AppleHDA. Use VoodooHDA in L/E if you need onboard audio. Make sure you've got the latest kexts from GitHub actions as updated...

WEG won't work. NootRX is updated if you download from Actions on Github and confirmed working on my 6800. I also just use device properties for mine.

Beta 2 updated fine. AppleHDA is gone though. Injecting it back in via OC doesn't work but VoodooHDA works fine. No changed made to config for beta 2 apart from setting MaxKernel for AppleALC to 24.99.99 FileVault enables after update. Once updated head to settings and wait for it to finish...

@tatbt2010 Should be able to use your orginal USBMap and drop it into USBMapInjectorEdit.command if I read it right. It should update it.

USB Mapping in Tahoe is different. Use CorpNewt's test build, https://github.com/corpnewt/USBMap/tree/tahoe-test

You need to set a MaxKernel of 24.99.99 for your IOSkywalkFamily block, IOSkywalkFamily,IO80211FamilyLegacy and AirportItlwm injection. Have you also updated NootRX for Tahoe as it won't work without some changes.

Patches didn't need updated to run the latest beta, only change to MaxKernel. Use at your own risk. It's beta software and may break. Note: We don't support beta versions of macOS. Forum sections for Tahoe are open but support is extrememly limited. https://github.com/AMD-OSX/AMD_Vanilla/tree/beta

Kernel patches just need anything with the MaxKernel set as 24.99.99 changed to 25.99.99 I don't recommend trying it just now. WEG is broken for many people. I've seen a 6600 and the 6650XT from Lorys to work but my 6800 doesn't work as with many others.
