    Trouble upgrading from Ventura to Tahoe

    I have been trying to upgrade from Ventura to Tahoe for several months with no success. I have an AMD 7 2700, MSI x470, 32 gigs of ram, and installing on a nvme. No Bluetooth or wifi I have tried upgrading via Ventura/Apple as well as installing via a USB stick. Same problem: picker shows up...
