Edhawk, I see a folder called 'Update' in my system but don't know what file to look for. Maybe a .log file? I zipped the files and attached these in this post.

Hi Edhawk, nothing is changed in the efi. Now I try to look for the verbose text file if I can find it. Signature is updated by the way. Thanks for reminding me👍🏼
