those SMBIOS is fake one then the User can replace with new one if they think it's not safe. I don't bother to remove if they do then let them will do it.

he's got stuck at reboot and asking for help that's why other said remove SMBIOS from his config.plist and upload the plist for @craighazan so he can check what's wrong.

you can't find it b/c you did not copy your Working EFI from USB to your macOS Big Sur HDD. just use your USB with working EFI and boot it up. your Big Sur will show up on OC picker mode.
