    MSI B450 Tomahawk max Ryzen 5 3600 Amd RX 5500XT Sequoia 15.2 OpenCore 1.0.2

I have attached an OpenCore 1.0.3 EFI that should work with your system. WiFi & BT have not been enabled in the EFI, as that is something you can deal with once you have macOS installed. Test it and let us know if you need any more help.

Need assistance adapting EFI for macOS Tahoe (Ryzen 9 7950X3D + RX 6900 XT)

Check you are booting from the correct EFI, as the last config.plist contains -v keepsyms=1 and debug=0x100 boot arguments, which should force the system to boot in Verbose mode and not automatically reboot when a kernel panic occurs. So we can see what is causing the system to KP.

Need assistance adapting EFI for macOS Tahoe (Ryzen 9 7950X3D + RX 6900 XT)

Try this revised EFI-2 folder, it should show the Verbose text and display where the system stops. I have also removed ipc_control_port_options=0 boot argument, as I don't think you need it with csr-active-config set to <03080000>. Just rename the folder to EFI and copy it to the EFI partition...

Need assistance adapting EFI for macOS Tahoe (Ryzen 9 7950X3D + RX 6900 XT)

Your Gigabyte X870 AORUS ELITE WIFI7 motherboard may require a patched DSDT.aml for it to run macOS at its best, or at least some newer boards do. As part of the SSDTTime process a patched DSDT was created for your system. This was the first thing the script produced, so I assume it is fairly...

Need assistance adapting EFI for macOS Tahoe (Ryzen 9 7950X3D + RX 6900 XT)

I have revised the attached EFI folder so it should work with Tahoe, for the installation. The following has been done. New ACPI SSDT's generated from your DSDT.aml and Corpnewt's SSDTTime have been added to your /EFI/OC/ACPI folder and config.plist. ACPI companion patches for the new SSDT's...

Need assistance adapting EFI for macOS Tahoe (Ryzen 9 7950X3D + RX 6900 XT)

Have you updated your USB configuration to include the new entries required for Tahoe? Are you using the latest version of the AMD Kernel patches? Have you temporarily disabled WhateverGreen.kext, so it doesn’t cause a kernel panic while running the Tahoe installer? It can be enabled after the...

    Ryzentosh Problems

Sorry, but that’s not correct. The OP’s CPU contains a AMD Radeon RX Vega 7, identical to the Ryzen 5 5600G desktop CPU, which works in macOS using NootedRed.kext.

    Invalid frame pointer

The image above doesn’t show what you said you had done in respect of the alcid=100 boot argument. alcid=100 isn’t present in your setup, according to the image above. Also why are you using -disablegfxfirmware boot argument? If you are using the AMD Intergrated GPU that boot argument will...

    SecureBoot/TPM for Sequoia/Tahoe?

When I open my macOS Sequoia drive and use the make files visible keyboard shortcut - 'CMD+shift+.' Yes the full stop is part of the keyboard shortcut. On a PC keyboard CMD=left Windows key I see a boot.efi file in the /usr/standalone/i386 folder, as shown in the screenshot below...

    Invalid frame pointer

You need to change Misc > Security > SecureBootModel from 'Default' to 'Disabled'. You shouldn't be using any DeviceProperties when using NootedRed.kext, they can cause unnecessary clashes/KP's. Add the property as a boot argument, i.e. alcid=100 instead of as a DeviceProperty. You may need...

    SecureBoot/TPM for Sequoia/Tahoe?

The boot.efi would be a small file. That is expected. Not sure why @Perez / @miliuco hasn't explained it better, his guides are usually much clearer and expansive than what he provided on that Github page.

    SecureBoot/TPM for Sequoia/Tahoe?

From the macOS USB installation drive the guide tells you to create. You may need to Unhide/make visible the hidden macOS files and folders, in order that it becomes visible when you go to the "/usr/standalone/i386” folder.

Need Help with EFI for macOS Tahoe on Ryzen 7 1800X + MSI Tomahawk B350 + RX 550

You have a few issues with your EFI, which will prevent you running Tahoe on your soup setup. You are using the Sequoia AMD Kernel Patches (MaxKernel 24.99.99) in your config.plist. You need to replace these with the latest version which supports Tahoe (MaxKernel 25.99.99). SSDT-PMC.aml is...

    IOG Flags 0x3 (0x51)

It is not a kext, it is a driver. You need to download and add the apfs_aligned.efi driver to your /EFI/OC/Drivers folder, and then add a companion entry for the driver to the UEFI > Drivers section of your config.plist. You also need to enable the UEFI > APFS > JumpStart entry in your...
