The BCM94360ng card works well and will fit in the IO. I have one on my X470 build. That frees up the PCI lanes for graphics or other add ons.

Its showing the 8111, 8168, 8411 IDs Realtek8111.kext should work. Did the Lucy kext work?

I t says 8111, can you post a pic of the Hackintool like this? I'm lookin g for the device ID and Vendor etc. its on the left side of the pic, the dump doesn't have that info.

Try downloading the latest release of OC and start again. Use the sample config.plist included and re edit. Sometimes its better to start off fresh.
