@Polyman You either need to use the SSDT or inject the values under device properties, don't use both methods.
Try these EFI folders and see if that helps.
I know it's off topic but since people were asking for AppleIGB compatibility for Big Sur I just complied it for Big Sur for anyone who's interested so please test it and let me know if it works. I tested the kext on both Monterey and Big Sur and it seems to be working fine.
You are already in good hands with the help of @Edhawk but take a look at my EFI folder it might help you boot your hack, I have the same mainboard with a Ryzen 5900X CPU.
I'm use the same folder for Big Sur and Monterey.
Just give it a try and if it didn't work disable the SSDT-UIAC.aml under...
What is the model of your bluetooth? if it's an onboard Bluetooth module as stated in your signature it's most likely an intel one which requires another set of kexts.
You can try this SSDT which will spoof the device ID for AMD Radeon 6870 which is supported on older versions of macOS (I guess High Sierra is the last os that supports 6000 Series Apple dropped support for 6000 series on Mojave and above if I'm not mistaking)
The device ID for 6670 is either 1002 68B8 or 1002 68BA and I doubt that it will work under macOS. The best option would be RX 560 or 7000 series like 7790 or 7950 or 7970.
I found the source of the kext:

It was attached to @Shaneee's post above lol
This method didn't work for me. :(
The Ethernet is shown in the Network preferences but it says it's not connected.
It will work with I210 and I225 tho.
Honestly I don't remember where I got that kext from, one night I was looking for all the available kexts for my I211 LAN and I downloaded every related kexts I could find but I will post the link here if I ever find the source.
Yeah sadly it crashed on my rig as well while watching a movie on...
