Can you download Geekbench 5 and test the GPU 6700s. On the Legion 5 Monterey I get 61k on OpenCL and Metal. The 6700s is basically the same as the 6600m while the 6800s is closer to the 6700m Here is my test score of the GPU on Metal. (BTW, this is a very good score)

Not the same. The Omen doesnt have a MUX unlike the Legion 5 and the Asus G14. These 2 models are the current and only 6600 laptops that allow to disable the IGPU at a bios level. Having said that, maybe that can be solved with Proxmox, but is just a guess

If you have Nvidia, you may have thunderbolt, you could attach an external GPU and try use an amd card to boot Mac OS (maybe). If not, you will be stuck with no graphics acceleration.

Strange, on Big Sur, the ports works properly including external drives, not under Monterey

Funny, My fenvi m.2 wireless didnt work but the BL did work. BTW, I use the Apple magic trackpad anyway and is great. the 165hz of the display is butter smooth when flipping through desktop spaces. Also is very usable even when only one CPU. core,
