Ignore the update. I have not updated the EFI for Monterey or Ventura. I have been lazy. I may update eventually. I haven't found a reason to though. I have Mojave and Big Sure on mine but Im mainly using Mojave because of the 32bit apps

What do you mean the USB? external drives? or peripherals like mouse and Keyboard? The Legion 5 so is the only laptop in which is not able to mount external drives via USB. But peripherals should work fine. It is strange
