AudioGod's ASUS ROG STRIX X570-E GAMING - Big Sur & Monterey Beta - OpenCore 0.7.4 EFI

I have decided to remap all USBs and I found something interesting. I still continue doing tests, so this is for testers only. I realized internal Intel Bluetooth is located at 0x20600000 on XHC1 so I decided to delete this port. The result is Intel bluetooth is not loaded on macOS, so there is...

AudioGod's ASUS ROG STRIX X570-E GAMING - Big Sur & Monterey Beta - OpenCore 0.7.4 EFI

This SSDT is only made to name pci-bridge device and inject properties. I have red Dortania guide again and this method is the recommended one. Probably someone said that because I inject device id and properties through SSDT instead DeviceProperties in OC. If you have the same motherboard and...

Guys, I made a mistake doing new config.plist. I have set csr-active-config to string with es:87. This should be data with value 00000000. I apologise for the inconvenience.

You need to remove SSDT from ACPI folder and from config.plist (ACPI-> Add). The rest is the same.

    Trying out 6950XT and MacOS

No lucky when injection in config-plist. I used an SSDT instead. Here are the steps: Use IORegistryExplorer to found the ACPI path looking for "GFX0". For example, mine is IOACPIPlane:/_SB/PCI0@0/GPP8@30001/X161@0/pci-bridge@0/GFX0@0 So, we need to rename this "pci-bridge". This is done...

    Trying out 6950XT and MacOS

Hi, I have bought an and rx 6950 xt (not arrived yet) and I am creating the ssdt to spoof it to 6900. As far as I red here, I need to spoof to BF730000 device id, finding the acpi path of device. In my case, it is /_SB.PCI0.GPP8.X161 (checked in original dsdt) and weg renamed to GFX0. So, my...

You are right @johnlietzke. Sorry, when I downloaded beta profile, it downloaded beta 2 instead beta 3. Anyway, is there any reason to use SMCProcessor and SMCSuperIO kexts? As far as I know, they don't work on AMD CPUs. Now, I am on beta 3 and everything is working fine. Thank you again!

AudioGod's ASUS ROG STRIX X570-E GAMING - Big Sur & Monterey Beta - OpenCore 0.7.4 EFI

Good morning, there is no need to use OC 0.8.3 pre-release. OC 0.8.2, with all proper kexts, has been updated to work with MacOS Ventura, even beta 3. Modifications needed: Update to OC 0.8.2 Update all Lilu plugins to the last version Kernel -> Patch -> 21.99.99 to 22.99.99 Adding 15th patch...
