Your OC is way out of date, the first thing I would do is update OC to the latest 0.8.2 and update all your kexts to the latest. You need the newest patches too, a whole lot of things have changed for Monterey and Ventura.

We are trying to let you know there are no solutions, you would have better luck with intel laptop.

The MSI Bios is borked and the ASUS is not. The board maker writes the BIOS, it is not part of the chipset.
