You have duplicate SSDTs lol. SSDT-EC and SSDT-USBX make up SSDT-EC-USBX-DESKTOP. You're supposed to use SSDTs from SSDTTime: HPET, EC, USBX, PLUG + ACPI patches and nothing else. AMDTSCSync is for laptops only, and even there, only problematic ones with an unsynchronized TSC.
