Sound crackling when no interaction on mouse

When doing nothing on mouse, the sound goes crackling. When i do some interaction/moving mouse or something, the sound goes smoothly. What causing the problem? Running on Catalina 10.15.7 latest. Video link: See here

Is it safe to upgrade to Big Sur from Mojave?

I got a software update to Big Sur after success installing Mojave on my machine. Is is safe to upgrade directly? or do i have to add any kext file upgrading from Mojave to Big Sur? Do i need to change any file like EFI, booting or other file that need manual changes? or it SAFE to upgrade...
