I got a software update to Big Sur after success installing Mojave on my machine.
Is is safe to upgrade directly? or do i have to add any kext file upgrading from Mojave to Big Sur?
Do i need to change any file like EFI, booting or other file that need manual changes? or it SAFE to upgrade directly throught the software update?

If you have the recent kernel patches and a newer version of OC it should be ok to update. But make sure you have a backup in case something goes wrong.

If you don't want to break your install you could install Big Sur first to a new volume to test if it will work.
