Thank you @Edhawk !!! This EFI with UnPlugged Recovery Image for Monterey + Seqoiua and .pkg for Sequoia + disconnecting all other SSDs fixed it. I'm now writing this from my Sequoia hack! you king! what was the change then? were there any changes really required to my EFI ?

Yea when i said copy it to Applications folder that was the action that happend, it moved the installer into the Applications folder and then i ran the createinstallmedia command
