Ciao ITStory your EFI misses an impotrant part for that platform: MMIO for now see if you do a step forward with this config .plist I skipped that part but you should check better your EFI

On Sequoia i do not have problem with a modified kext AppleICG found in the past on macOS86.it forum in Tahoe it doesnt work at all and i have bought an usb ethernet adapter (and i am happy now)

i did the same your error to updqte my hero and OSX does not boot anymore i recovered my working OSX via flashback button and old previuos bios

@rrysio6 are you sure you used this EFI? No mmio there and No DisableVAriableWrite quirk in this config.plist If it is verified it is an important news for x870 users :)

Hi @spakk which hardware? I installed with X870E and X670E platform the only problem is if you need whatevergreen, in the first steps must be disabled and enabled again in the latest step of installation Obviusly using the latest AMD Kernel Patches you find on github

If you do no need do not use also the one i have attached :) both these two are related XhciPortLimit doesnt work well in tahoe internal motherboard audio (if it is an USB audio ) doesnot work because you have to map USB ports well for tahoe

@vampirevn if you need Whatevergreen.kext you should disable it in first steps of thaoe installation and then put it back in latest step or, if you like use this attached: this kext is from RojalGraphx of AMD Discor server and help to update Sequoia or lower to any version of Tahoe Obviously...

@rrysio6 are you always installing Sequoia? or is it tahoe by now? also try to disable in both condition Whatevergreen kext (not sure but maybe your rx 6600 does not need it)
