@unclesam your previous bios needed of ACPI patches? if so probably they are changed with you bios

I reverted 1804/1805/2001beta to 1715 in the usual way
Usb with 1715 bios propely inserted in falshback back usb Bios renamed as ASUS teaches us..and pusshing back flashback button
i have 4 Nvme and four sata disks
greater Bioses than 1715 are weird with OSX (i cant say in other OS...

They worked also with latest 2001 betaq bios for X870E Hero motherboard, i had the same problems with sata disks, so i stay again with 1715
this config has WEG disabled and scanpolicy set for your disk configuration (i am using my default EFI and i forgot to put scanpolicy for your system
Also you can try to disable -v in bootarg option
And maybe, we miss also a proper USB map you should try to do in windows with corpnewt tool
