I figured it out. Apparently, all I have to do is cold-boot MacOS. If I restart from windows, the issue occurs. However if I shut down. and start up the laptop and boot directly into MacOS, the keyboard works perfectly fine.

It’s not similar because this only happens on MacOS. On windows my pc performs perfectly. I believe is how the voodooPS2Controller is interacting with my keyboard and needs some fine tuning or some DSDT patching of some sort.
